This cream contains terbinafine, an active ingredient which works by stopping the growth of the fungal organisms. Terbinafine is a common ingredient in many medicines used to treat fungal or yeast infections. Lamisil AT 1% Cream contains a non-benzoyl, synthetic benzyl alcohol, which is used to treat fungal or yeast infections. Lamisil AT 1% Cream is used to treat fungal nail infections (such as fingernails and toenails) and toenails. Lamisil AT 1% Cream may also be used for the treatment of other fungal nail infections. Lamisil AT 1% Cream may also be used to treat other types of fungal nail infections such as toenail infections and toenails. Lamisil AT 1% Cream may be used to treat nail infections in which the nail is damaged or infected.
